Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 2,542,045 and represented 28.31% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (1.79M), followed by DuPage (494.30K), and Lake (345.34K).

In terms of percentages, Hamilton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.61%), followed by Scott (99.25%), and Jasper (98.58%).
