Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 2,164,085 and represented 73.16% of the total Arkansas population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest citizen voting-age population (285.48K), followed by Benton (156.68K), and Washington (144.42K).

In terms of percentages, Marion had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.20%), followed by Baxter (81.57%), and Lincoln (80.69%).
