Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the citizen voting-age population for Maryland was 4,182,240 and represented 70.52% of the total Maryland population.

Among all Maryland counties, Montgomery had the highest citizen voting-age population (633.29K), followed by Baltimore (603.65K), and Prince George's (584.33K).

In terms of percentages, Allegany had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.06%), followed by Kent (80.50%), and Somerset (80.49%).
