Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 2,867,670 and represented 72.80% of the total Oregon population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest citizen voting-age population (560.30K), followed by Washington (370.38K), and Clackamas (287.83K).

In terms of percentages, Wheeler had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (86.30%), followed by Curry (83.06%), and Wallowa (81.11%).
