Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 935,440 and represented 20.67% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (166.35K), followed by Jackson (112.92K), and St. Louis city (111.40K).

In terms of percentages, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (46.19%), followed by Mississippi (23.98%), and Pemiscot (23.47%).
