Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 945,515 and represented 20.79% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (168.38K), followed by Jackson (114.08K), and St. Louis city (111.07K).

In terms of percentages, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (45.95%), followed by Pemiscot (23.61%), and Mississippi (23.06%).
