Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 945,515 and represented 33.92% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (79.56K), followed by Tulsa (42.81K), and Comanche (15.01K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (16.40%), followed by Oklahoma (15.38%), and Osage (11.22%).
