Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 2,546,550 and represented 28.28% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (1.78M), followed by DuPage (494.14K), and Lake (345.47K).

In terms of percentages, Hamilton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.53%), followed by Calhoun (98.72%), and Scott (98.62%).
