Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (2.13M), followed by DuPage (617.63K), and Will (441.58K).

In terms of percentages, Hamilton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.03%), followed by Jasper (97.62%), and Moultrie (97.47%).
