Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 2,544,540 and represented 28.14% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (1.77M), followed by DuPage (493.17K), and Lake (345.17K).

In terms of percentages, Hamilton had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.61%), followed by Scott (98.61%), and Edwards (98.51%).
