Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the citizen voting-age population for Arizona was 4,690,175 and represented 68.87% of the total Arizona population.

Among all Arizona counties, Maricopa had the highest citizen voting-age population (2.78M), followed by Pima (726.02K), and Pinal (286.08K).

In terms of percentages, Yavapai had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (79.76%), followed by Mohave (78.43%), and Gila (77.69%).
