Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 2,183,895 and represented 73.34% of the total Arkansas population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest citizen voting-age population (287.90K), followed by Benton (165.78K), and Washington (150.39K).

In terms of percentages, Marion had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.83%), followed by Baxter (81.75%), and Izard (80.88%).
