Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the citizen voting-age population for Washington was 5,081,380 and represented 70.87% of the total Washington population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.46M), followed by Pierce (610.63K), and Snohomish (544.16K).

In terms of percentages, Jefferson had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.85%), followed by San Juan (83.23%), and Wahkiakum (81.61%).
