Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 952,790 and represented 20.86% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (169.78K), followed by Jackson (114.67K), and St. Louis city (110.23K).

In terms of percentages, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (45.66%), followed by Pemiscot (24.42%), and Mississippi (23.02%).
