Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 952,790 and represented 34.00% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (80.53K), followed by Tulsa (43.34K), and Comanche (14.87K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (16.38%), followed by Oklahoma (15.34%), and Osage (11.39%).
