Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 2,195,870 and represented 73.42% of the total Arkansas population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest citizen voting-age population (288.71K), followed by Benton (170.78K), and Washington (155.14K).

In terms of percentages, Baxter had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.06%), followed by Marion (81.11%), and Lincoln (81.05%).
