Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the citizen voting-age population for Hawaii was 1,016,555 and represented 71.49% of the total Hawaii population.

Among all Hawaii counties, Honolulu had the highest citizen voting-age population (706.16K), followed by Hawaii (143.80K), and Maui (115.81K).

In terms of percentages, Kalawao had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (93.33%), followed by Hawaii (72.75%), and Honolulu (71.50%).
