Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the citizen voting-age population for Tennessee was 4,964,910 and represented 74.65% of the total Tennessee population.

Among all Tennessee counties, Shelby had the highest citizen voting-age population (665.30K), followed by Davidson (489.09K), and Knox (347.97K).

In terms of percentages, Lake had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.59%), followed by Johnson (82.32%), and Bledsoe (81.75%).
