Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the citizen voting-age population for Washington was 5,173,975 and represented 70.93% of the total Washington population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.49M), followed by Pierce (621.57K), and Snohomish (553.41K).

In terms of percentages, Jefferson had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (85.27%), followed by San Juan (83.16%), and Wahkiakum (81.74%).
