Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 960,075 and represented 20.94% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (171.87K), followed by Jackson (115.53K), and St. Louis city (108.06K).

In terms of percentages, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (45.10%), followed by Pemiscot (24.54%), and Mississippi (23.27%).
