Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2018, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 960,075 and represented 34.06% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (81.94K), followed by Tulsa (44.02K), and Comanche (14.44K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (15.94%), followed by Oklahoma (15.46%), and Osage (11.49%).
