Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 2,207,335 and represented 73.59% of the total Arkansas population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest citizen voting-age population (289.21K), followed by Benton (175.90K), and Washington (158.48K).

In terms of percentages, Lincoln had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.46%), followed by Baxter (82.15%), and Izard (81.58%).
