Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the citizen voting-age population for Hawaii was 1,018,390 and represented 71.61% of the total Hawaii population.

Among all Hawaii counties, Honolulu had the highest citizen voting-age population (705.78K), followed by Hawaii (144.53K), and Maui (116.89K).
