Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the citizen voting-age population for New Jersey was 6,132,175 and represented 69.07% of the total New Jersey population.

Among all New Jersey counties, Bergen had the highest citizen voting-age population (637.95K), followed by Middlesex (541.59K), and Essex (517.01K).

In terms of percentages, Cape May had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (80.24%), followed by Sussex (77.95%), and Warren (76.64%).
