Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 3,054,025 and represented 73.95% of the total Oregon population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest citizen voting-age population (599.93K), followed by Washington (401.01K), and Clackamas (308.71K).

In terms of percentages, Curry had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.39%), followed by Sherman (82.32%), and Grant (81.22%).
