Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the citizen voting-age population for Washington was 5,257,900 and represented 71.01% of the total Washington population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.51M), followed by Pierce (636.26K), and Snohomish (562.42K).

In terms of percentages, Jefferson had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (85.19%), followed by San Juan (83.29%), and Ferry (82.59%).
