Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 967,605 and represented 23.78% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (89.50K), followed by Ramsey (36.16K), and Dakota (13.95K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (10.00%), followed by Ramsey (9.41%), and Dakota (4.63%).
