Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 967,605 and represented 21.02% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (172.88K), followed by Jackson (115.18K), and St. Louis city (105.31K).

In terms of percentages, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (44.35%), followed by Pemiscot (24.82%), and Mississippi (23.92%).
