Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for South Carolina was 967,605 and represented 25.56% of the total South Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all South Carolina counties, Richland had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (143.75K), followed by Charleston (80.87K), and Greenville (66.26K).

In terms of percentages, Allendale had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (72.35%), followed by Williamsburg (64.14%), and Lee (62.23%).
