Richland County had the highest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone population (3,427), followed by Greenville County (1,934), and Charleston County (1,464). On the other hand, McCormick County had the lowest number of Hispanic Black or African American alone (16), followed by Abbeville County (37), and Allendale County (43).
