Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, there were 310,616 people that identified as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone in Oklahoma and they represented 8.26% of the total population of Oklahoma in 2010. Tulsa County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (34,850), followed by Oklahoma County (22,674), and Cherokee County (15,648). On the other hand, Cimarron County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (23), followed by Harper County (27), and Harmon County (40).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone, Adair County had the highest percentage (42.11%), followed by Cherokee County (33.21%), and Caddo County (22.39%).
