King County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (13,292), followed by Pierce County (9,711), and Yakima County (9,180). On the other hand, Garfield County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (9), followed by Columbia County (53), and Wahkiakum County (57).
