Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, there were 5,489,160 people that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone in California and they represented 14.11% of the total population of California in 2015. Los Angeles County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone population (1,458,093), followed by Santa Clara County (679,382), and Orange County (622,437). On the other hand, Sierra County had the lowest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone (16), followed by Alpine County (17), and Modoc County (91).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identified as Non-Hispanic Asian alone, Santa Clara County had the highest percentage (35.46%), followed by San Francisco County (34.42%), and Alameda County (29.16%).
