According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2013, the net domestic migration for Connecticut was -17,041. Middlesex County had the highest net domestic migration (-359) followed by Litchfield County (-511), and Tolland County (-594). On the other hand, New Haven County had the lowest net domestic migration (-5,783), followed by Hartford County (-4,749), and Fairfield County (-2,223).
