According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the net domestic migration for Connecticut was -23,606. Windham County had the highest net domestic migration (114) followed by Middlesex County (6), and Litchfield County (-419). On the other hand, Hartford County had the lowest net domestic migration (-7,464), followed by Fairfield County (-7,249), and New Haven County (-6,331).
