According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2014, the net domestic migration for Vermont was -1,721. Franklin County had the highest net domestic migration (123) followed by Orange County (12), and Addison County (-6). On the other hand, Rutland County had the lowest net domestic migration (-366), followed by Bennington County (-269), and Chittenden County (-260).
