According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2017, the net domestic migration for Vermont was -855. Orleans County had the highest net domestic migration (110) followed by Grand Isle County (65), and Rutland County (46). On the other hand, Chittenden County had the lowest net domestic migration (-292), followed by Windham County (-247), and Franklin County (-180).
