According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2013, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Arizona was 6.46. Yavapai County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (15.35) followed by Greenlee County (11.31), and Maricopa County (10.8). On the other hand, Cochise County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-21.95), followed by Santa Cruz County (-17.47), and Yuma County (-9.15).
