According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2022, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Indiana was 3. Ohio County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (23.82), followed by Hamilton County (17.16), and Hendricks County (16.49). On the other hand, Parke County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-8.28), followed by Miami County (-7.71), and Jay County (-7.47).
