According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Kentucky was 3.67. Robertson County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (37.28), followed by Allen County (23.87), and McCreary County (21.52). On the other hand, Breathitt County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-23.56), followed by Wolfe County (-11.5), and Christian County (-10.81).
