Lyon County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (78.36), followed by Morgan County (34.56), and Allen County (21.79). On the other hand, Christian County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-22.63), followed by Lee County (-15.07), and Leslie County (-12).
