Isanti County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (21.4), followed by Clearwater County (17.47), and Cass County (12.83). On the other hand, Nobles County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-20.86), followed by Mahnomen County (-19.43), and Lyon County (-16.09).
