Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, among all Georgia counties, Hancock County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (74.02%), followed by Dougherty County (67%), and Clayton County (65.49%).
