Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, among all Georgia counties, Hancock County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (71.67%), followed by Dougherty County (69.31%), and Clayton County (68.93%).
