Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, among all Georgia counties, Hancock County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (72.97%), followed by Dougherty County (68.06%), and Clayton County (67.15%).
