Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, among all Georgia counties, Hancock County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (73.47%), followed by Dougherty County (67.43%), and Clayton County (66.1%).
