Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, among all US states and DC, Oregon had the highest net domestic migration rate (12.61), followed by Nevada (12.08), and Idaho (11.12).

On the other hand, New York had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-9.88) followed by Illinois (-8.81), and North Dakota (-8.36).
