Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, among all US states and DC, Idaho had the highest net domestic migration rate (27.45), followed by Montana (18.58), and Delaware (13.31).
On the other hand, New York had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-14.77) followed by California (-11.67), and District of Columbia (-9.78).
