Non-Compliance Description:

At approximately at 7:00AM it was observed that six new nails had been placed in the top boards of the pens bent to use for latches, no animal was observed injured. There was a concern for animal safety of cuts or scrapes. Plant management immediately pulled the new nails and replaced with eye hook screws which have no edges for an animal to possibly get cut on.
