According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Wholesale Trade industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2008:

  1. Kansas: 500
  2. Alaska: 200
  3. Iowa: 200

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Wholesale Trade industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2008:

  1. Florida: -4,500
  2. California: -3,300
  3. Illinois: -1,900
